Although this image is inspired by a picture from the Internet, I got a little carried away and it looks completely different upon completion. When I started painting, I was nervous and anxious. But then I started enjoying the process more and more, and by the time I got to the part I love most about painting, I was riding a divine wave.
My favourite thing is when the whole canvas is filled with paint exactly where it should be, and that's when it's time to play and really create on my own terms. That's when I put my energy and a piece of my soul into my work.
I also listened to Bob Marley and his peaceful and loving songs while dancing a little. I was full of joy and you can really feel it in the artwork. Now my apartment radiates love, joy and peace.
