Freedom 4

A painting with the title was exhibited at the Art in Prague 2020 exhibition in Prague Freedom, which already had its owner. A few days after the opening, I was asked if it would be possible to paint a new one as a gift that would be inspired by it. When I was painting Freedom 2, dostal jsem nápad, že bych mohl pro velký úspěch namalovat celou sérii obrazů s tímto tématem. Toto je čtvrté dílo z této série a obrazů s názvem Freedom.

The original Freedom was just a vision of a wonderful future where I would no longer have to chase money all my life. It arose from the feeling that people are like slaves who have to study hard to get a job. They got jobs to live. And then they just worked until they basically died. When I realized in my youth that this is what my whole life would look like, I broke down. I don't want to live that kind of life. I will not live such a life. However, I tried to suppress this feeling for many years and did what normal people do. But it started coming back to me in the form of depression in dark days and dark nights. I knew deep down that I wasn't born for this kind of life, but I kept denying it. I told myself that there is no other way and everyone does it too. Meanwhile, I painted my feelings on canvas, often under the influence of alcohol, which helped me hold it all together. This is how the work Freedom was created, which was a vision of my dream life. I thought money was an evil that we had to work for and imagined life without it. But then I started to learn that it doesn't have to be like that at all. I began to learn how the mind works, the subconscious and the ideas that adults and society programmed us with when we were young. I began to learn that it is possible to reprogram that mind and thereby change our lives.

Now I'm starting to live the life I want, the way it's depicted in the original work, just because I was able to change. Now I'm doing well, money has stopped avoiding me and real freedom begins. Now these images are no longer just visions, they depict reality. I can now fly away and do what is the meaning of my life.
