Endearment 7

Lately, I'm starting to notice a certain love that is awakening in me. It started with one of my recent works called Love Not Fear, which was such a response to what's happening in the world right now. This work is such a free continuation on the theme of love. However, it is not just falling in love with a person, as most people might think. It is love for the entire Universe, for our Planet, for all living beings, people and things, but above all also for oneself. It's about understanding and accepting myself as I am. Only when I am able to do this for myself can I understand and accept others. The more I love myself and all parts of me, the more I love everyone else. And the more I love others, the more I love myself.

Everything we give comes back to us, and that's probably why I seem to be meeting only the most amazing people lately. I meet people in whom I see myself and I meet people with whom I am not so afraid to be myself. It all goes hand in hand.

I wanted to send this love to others through my most favorite medium, so I created a series of powerful paintings on this theme that have a lot of energy of love in them, whether for myself or for others. I chose mainly green as a symbol of the heart chakra and a rose flower as a symbol of love. However, the image can symbolize anything from blossoming and growth to a burst of positive energy and it depends on each person what they see or feel in it.
